• On January 6, 2009, Bill Erb gave a presentation on Accessibility to services, office and living location, and employment.  See the Assessibility Summary for 2007/2008. The plan for 2008/9 will be available as soon as it is approved.
  

• On May 6,2008 Maureen Cobb and Camelia Ureche made a presentation on the Michigan Special Education Mediation Program.   This program provides no-cost facilitation and dispute resolution for IEPs and other programs.
  
  

• February 5, 2008 - AMORC Meeting: Mr. Dan Manzardo (MORC IT Department) provided an update on his department's latest activities that are intended to improve services for the consumer.
  -  'Secure e-mail' is being made available to Support Coordinators via Iron Mail.
  -  MORC has converted to all digital health records.  Paper records will no longer be used.
  -  MORC will be able to send IPOS packages by secure e-mail.
  -  The Service Array Worksheet (SAW) system has been upgraded.

• October 2, 2007 - Angela Martin of WSU – Developmental Disabilities Institute shared the highlights of the recent survey of parents’ and consumers’ housing dreams.  See the CHN Needs Assessment Report presentation. You may read the complete study by taking the link to the Community Housing Network website on this topic.  Marc Craig – President of the Community Housing Network presented what they are doing to enable these dreams.
